This hotel is a real hidden gem in a charming town. The location is perfect, with both the old and new parts of the city within easy reach. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms are spacious and well-furnished, with attention to detail that makes you feel at home. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast spread, with Finnish delicacies that really hit the spot.

All in all, our experience at this hotel was absolutely fantastic.

Great hotel which deserve ti be better known. There is much much more charm to the Cityhovi than for chains hotels. The people are really sweet and caring. It is also really well situated, just in the center of Rauma.

The only drawback is the wifi Internet connection, the signal is either too weak or not available at all most of the time. They should consider switching to a physical connection in each room because the current situation is too much of a trouble.

Extremely friendly staff who checked us in well before the "official" check-in time. Top location minutes from the old city of Rauma. Comfortable room with small fridge, very "homely" atmosphere, great breakfast. Highly recommended, if you're visiting this city and the surrounding area.

This hotel is a hidden gem located in the heart of a charming town. It's a perfect location with many free parking options nearby and all attractions within walking distance. the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, making sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. Rooms are stylishly furnished, clean and comfortable, with fantastic modern bathrooms. the continental breakfast is included in the room price and includes a good selection of food.

While the hotel is wonderful, it is unfortunate that the surrounding town lacks liveliness and shopping options.

Easy to find. Small, quiet and nice hotel with excellent service. The room was warm and our 14month boy slept 12-13hours the first night, as well did we. :D The breakfast buffe was simple and very good. Coffee was the best! We will certainly choose CityHovi if we go to Rauma again. Thank you CityHovi!

It offers excellent value for money, with prices comparable to the capital city. The staff here are friendly and helpful, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The location is perfect, just a short walk away from the beautiful Old Town. Plus, the rooms are tastefully decorated and have comfortable double beds, ensuring a good night's sleep.

Everything is ok, but not exellent. Kitchen in the middle between rooms (all doors leave in kitchen) and when in the evening someone smth doing (cooking for example) - you hear noise and smell.

Location is great, close to the city center and main attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice view from the window. The breakfast was also good, with plenty of options to choose from.

The staff was not very friendly or helpful during our stay. We had some issues with the room keys and they were not eager to assist us.
